You do not need to ask my permission to sell art that uses my stock on deviantART.

4) NO HATE/PORNOGRAPHY (and other themes not allowed):
You are NOT ALLOWED to use my stock in hate art, pornography, sex crimes... etc.
Anyone using my stock to promote or glorify child sexual abuse, the holocaust, homophobia, racism, rape, etc will get their work pulled. It will be considered 'unauthorized stock use'.

5) POST YOUR ART ANYWHERE ONLINE
You may post your art using my stock anywhere online BUT NOT porn sites.
Please make sure the original stock image is not posted anywhere else. Only the art using my stock is allowed off deviantART.
Credit is STILL a must if you post art using my stock no matter where it goes.

6) PRINT PUBLISHING OK
Hell yeah! If you're making a book/portfolio or submitting to a magazine etc... then go for it I appreciate any and all credit you can give back to this account

7) WEB-DESIGNS & CUSTOMIZATION OK
You may use these stocks for journal CSS, blog layouts, wallpapers, stamps, etc... as long as they are changed in some way (eg: drawn, painted, manipulated...)

8) MAKE AN EFFORT:
If you just change the colours, add some contrast, or throw filters on this then you aren't trying hard enough. If all you plan on doing is 'fixing' my stock then don't bother.
Anyone that just does filters/exposure/contrasts etc and doesn't actually MANIPULATE the images (if that is your area of artistic medium) then you will get your work taken down by admin.
